Originally established by survivors, we are the only body recognised by the Royal Navy as representing the families of the crew of HMS Royal Oak.
Its aim is to ensure that the memory of the ship and her crew is maintained and to act as a focal point for those with a connection to, or an interest in, the vessel and its history.
The Association works closely with the Royal Navy and also its friends in Orkney and Portsmouth to maintain annual services of remembrance and other commemoration events.
